Our Rates

To offer you maximum flexibility, No Worries Property Group has two rate bands. Band 1 is for all jobs excluding electrical and plumbing jobs*
The hourly rate is £25.00, rounded up to the nearest half hour, and starting with an initial £36.50 for the first hour only, this is a minimum job charge.
For longer jobs you can book more competitively, either by the half-day at £106.50 (4hrs) or £176.50 for a full day (7hrs).

If a second person/labourer is required this is a flat rate of £19.50 per hour.

If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of booked work commencing, we also levy a £32.50 cancellation fee.
